Calculator inputs
Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you type into them are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.
Information you submit
When you submit a request form we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property state, property type, loan purpose, estimated value, loan amount, occupancy and any message. We also record your consent to be contacted and the time it was given.
Information collected automatically
When you arrive on the site we store, in your browser’s session storage, marketing attribution details from the page address (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid and fbclid), the landing page address and the referring page. These are sent with a form submission so we can understand how you found us. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
